Founded by Shelby Devine, a former Panhellenic Council member and recruitment counselor at Ole Miss, Show Me Sisterhood offers personalized support through one-on-one consulting, group sessions, workshops, and more. Our goal is to equip young women with the skills, insight, and confidence needed to approach recruitment with clarity, poise, and a standout style, fostering a meaningful start to their sorority journey.

Show Me Sisterhood is looking for passionate sorority alumni like you to support young women going through recruitment by voluntarily making yourself available to write recommendation letters for the next generation of sisters. Your insight and experience can make all the difference in helping these young women shine and feel confident as they begin their recruitment journey.

Meet Shelby

I’m a small-town girl from the Midwest who found a new home at Ole Miss when I decided to attend college there in 2013. I didn’t know much about sorority recruitment, being the first in my family to go Greek, but I did my research and, in the end, decided to just go into the process being the best version of myself as I could be. That approach led me to join a sorority, and from there, my passion for the sisterhood only grew. I became a recruitment counselor and eventually was elected to serve on the Ole Miss Panhellenic Council, which gave me invaluable insight into the recruitment process and the Greek community as a whole.

After graduation, I moved to Central Florida for a job, but love kept me here. I married the man of my dreams, and today, I’m a proud mother to a beautiful son.

My experiences with sorority life and my desire to support and mentor young women inspired me to start Show Me Sisterhood. My goal is to ensure that every young woman I work with feels empowered, supported, and ready to embrace the sisterhood that is right for her.
